It's a Faith Thing

We're 1 month closer to receiving our RA and still $7,900 away from having all the remaining funds we need. God has always provided for us, and we know He wants us to bring Alanna home. In these times, I question whether I'm doing enough, praying enough and having faith enough. This is a weird place to be. I know things are tight for a lot of people, including us. We have changed a lot about our spending habits, but we can't save our way to $7,900 in 3 months. Do people choose not to give, because they feel their small amount won't make a difference? If 4,000 people gave $2, or 2,000 gave $4, or 1,000 gave $8, or 500 gave $16, or 250 gave $32 or 100 gave $80. Every little bit does count! I don't know where the money will come from right now, but God knows. I wish he'd give me a hint, but I guess then, I wouldn't need faith.

My son, that has been collecting baseball cards for years, is asking to sell his cards on eBay to help raise money for the adoption. If we could all have the heart of a child!

Please pray with us, that God would release the funds to us in whatever way He chooses.
