I decided to switch Alanna's stuff to a different suitcase, along with removing a few items we could do without. I actually have more room AND it's 4 lbs lighter! Alanna's backpack full of books & toys for the flight home weighs 4 lbs also, which she will be carrying on the plane. So as long as we can keep our stuff to a minimum, I think we'll be ok. It's not my stuff I'm worried about, as my clothes don't weigh much. Rob's on the other hand...we'll see!
Our Travel Package was mailed yesterday. I'm hoping to receive it Wednesday. This has our Travel Approval and flight information in it. This should be the last of the paperwork needed. Well, until we get to China!
I received a video from the Johnson's yesterday of their recent trip to get their daughter. Alanna is in a short clip on the playground. I can't believe how long her hair is! The picture of her in the red Pooh shirt wearing pigtails was taken on the same day. What you can't see is the third braid on the back of her head that goes to the middle of her back. What fun I'm going to have playing hairdresser!! When my boys were younger, all that it took was a few squirts of water and shaking your hand through their hair. This is going to be fun!!

How GREAT that you received a video! Even if it was only a glimpse....it's priceless!! I'll bet it made you even MORE excited about traveling!! Soon you'll be able to actually TOUCH that little girl instead of just LOOK at her!! You're sooooo close!
